Last weekend, I attended my first ever food blogger’s conference in Wellington. It was organised by the dedicated girls at the NZ Food Blogger’s Association and what a coup to hold it at Le Cordon Bleu’s brand new state-of-the art building....

This October, I’ll be studying in the three month Basic Cuisine Cordon Bleu course in Wellington. I’ve been measured up for my uniform and have even been going to the gym (not my natural habitat) so I can sustain spending all those hours standing alongside the young students as well as confidently handle the weighty cast iron pans....
